Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that a portion of his land in two plots has been acquired by the State respondents but acquired portion and the portion not acquired have not been demarcated. The petitioner has submitted a representation before the concerned authority for causing demarcation of the land in order to enable the petitioner to utilise the unacquired portion of the land.

Upon consideration of the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25th October, 2021 within two months from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

It is expected that the demarcation of the plots in question shall be completed within the aforesaid period of time by the competent authority in presence of the petitioner or his authorised representative.

With the above directions, this writ petition being WPA 3431 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit in opposition is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
