The grievance of the petitioner is directed against alleged violation of an order dated November 21, 2024. The alleged contemnors are represented by Mr. Mondal and submit that during the pendency of the application, the order dated November 21, 2024 has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been duly considered. A compliance report filed by Mr. Mondal be kept with the records.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present application.

CPAN 290 of 2025 stands disposed of in view of the submissions made on behalf of the alleged contemnors. A copy of the report is also handed over to the writ petitioner.
