Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on the basis of information furnished, Ranaghat Police Station Case No. 192/24 dated 17.03.2024 was registered for investigation under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Grievance of the petitioner is that even after registration of the FIR no steps have been taken for progress of the investigation.

Mr. Shahi, learned Additional Government Pleader submits a report. Report reflects that the investigating agency on completion of investigation has already submitted charge sheet on or about 30.06.2024. Having regard to the steps already taken by the investigating agency, I am of the view that if there are further grievance, petitioner would approach the learned jurisdictional court in seisin of

the matter who would consider their application in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 4512 of 2025 is disposed of.
