2. On November 21, 2025 when the matter had been taken up last, Ms. Ojha, learned advocate for the respondent nos.4 and 5 had submitted that the writ petition should not be entertained inasmuch as the writ petition is directed against an order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 for which there is an equally efficacious and alternative remedy available before the relevant Debts Recovery Tribunal.

3. The petitioner remains unrepresented even today.

4. In such view of the matter, WPA 3695 of 2025 stands dismissed for default.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
