On the last few occasions i.e. on 16.09.2021, 04.10.2021 and 08.11.2021 when the matter was called on for hearing, nobody represented the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment. Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default. The Lower Court Records be sent down to the learned Trial Court forthwith.
