In view of the fact that the petitioner was identified during the Test Identification Parade and the victim also specifically deposed implicating the petitioner and identified him during her examination-in-chief, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected.

The application for bail is dismissed.
