Mr. Pannalal Bandopadhyay ...for the State The Inspector-in-Charge, Kharagpur Town Police Station, Paschim Medinipur, has submitted instructions addressed to the learned Government Pleader dated 28th March, 2022. The same be kept with the record. It appears from the report that Kharagpur Town Police Station Case No.152/22 dated 24th March, 2022 under Sections 448/379/427/506/34 of the I.P.C. has been registered against the Respondent P. Gayatri and Ors. It is also submitted that statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded.

Let the investigation of the aforesaid F.I.R. be completed as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

If the petitioner seeks protection, the Officer-inCharge, Kharagpur Town Police Station, after assessing

the threat perception of the petitioner will consider the same according to applicable rules.

W.P.A.3436 of 2022 stands disposed of.
