Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits a letter sent by the petitioner stating that he is not willing to proceed with the case.

The revisional application is for quashing of Gangajalghati Police Station case no. 180 of 2014 under sections 498A/326/304B/120B/34 IPC read with sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the offence as alleged and the nature of the case, the prayer for withdrawal of the case is allowed. The revisional application is disposed of for nonprosecution. All connected applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The petitioner is granted liberty to sue afresh. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for information and compliance.
