Mr. Madhusudan Sur along with Mr. Manoranjan Mahaa, learned advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State is requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Madhusuan Sur and Mr. Manoranjan Mahata.

On 13.12.2021 report was called for from the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Fast Track Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas regarding status of the case being number Sessions Case No. 14(5) of 2009-Sessions Trial No. 1(12) of 2009 corresponding to G.R.Case No. 602 of 2008.

Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 4th Fast Track Court at Barasat, 24Parganas (North) submitted a report informing, inr alia, that the said Sessions Trial has already been completed and disposed of by delivering the judgment on 15th December, 2016 and all the accuseds were found not guilty and acquitted. In the aforesaid view of the facts and I do not find any reason to continue with this application further.
