Upon perusal of the report it appears warrant of arrest was issued long ago against one of the accused persons, namely, Tapan Das. Despite of the said fact, no warrant of arrest could be executed as yet. Petitioner has filed this application for expeditious disposal of proceeding in connection with GR Case No. 2197 of 2017 in connection with Chinsurah P.S. Case No. 508 /2017 dated 31.10.2017 under Sections 420/406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code now

pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Chinsurah, Hooghly.

This case is pertains to year 2020.

All other accused persons are appearing before the learned Court. However, due to abscondance of Tapan Das, the case could not be proceeded further.

The learned trial Court is requested to exhaust all process for execution of warrant of arrest against Tapan Das within two months from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and proceed the case against accused persons in accordance with law.

Accordingly, CRR 522 of 2020 is, thus, disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the

learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
