The instant review application was disposed of by the order dated January 20, 2023. The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the number of the connected Civil Revisional Application.

In the aforesaid order, due to typographical mistake, the number of the said revisional application has been recorded as C.O. 178 of 2016 instead of C.O. 178 of 2017. The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the said order dated January 20, 2023 to the extent, indicated above and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
