Re : CRAN 1 of 2024 The present application has been preferred against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 18.01.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-II, Howrah in G.R. Case No. 2344 of 2016. The appellant by filing the present application being CRAN 1 of 2024 submits that the dispute has been amicably settled and at present has no grievance against the accused persons and therefore appellant is praying for withdrawal of the present appeal. Prayer is considered and allowed.
