Jharna Dhara The present revision of the year 2020 is against an order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipur, in connection with Criminal Revision Case No. 75 of 2019 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
