Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of its application for review of the order dated 3rd April, 2019 passed by the revisional authority which was filed on 11th September, 2019.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.3441 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the revisional authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid review application of the petitioner being annexure P-4 to the writ petition within six weeks from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid review application and the respondent authority concerned while disposing the aforesaid review application will act strictly in accordance with law.
