Md. Abdur Rakib Mr. Mojahid Mehedi Mr. Biswajit Sarkar ....for the petitioner Ms. Amita Gaur Ms. Jonaki Saha ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a difficulty has arisen for the petitioner in getting the benefit of the order of anticipatory bail passed by this Court because the name of the petitioner, who is the husband of the alleged victim, was not disclosed in the petition that was filed for open perusal. However, in a closed envelope, a petition was filed disclosing the name of the petitioner and the Vakalatnama.

Heard the learned counsel for the State.

In the interest of justice, let the envelope, in which the original petition is kept, be opened and a certified copy of the original application be supplied to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner upon compliance of necessary formalities and upon taking usual undertakings regarding non disclosure except before a Court. But the same shall be given in a sealed cover. The petitioner may produce it before the learned Court where the application for bail

would be moved. I request the leaned Court to keep the same in a sealed cover, after perusal.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
