Petitioner approached this court as according to the petitioner the information furnished to the Officer-in-charge, Pursurah Police Station did not yield any result. Records reflect that such information was furnished on 09.01.2023.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is represented.

Having regard to the fact that the dispute is in respect of the deviation after rearing of the fish at the pond, I am of the view that the nature of the dispute is civil dispute. So far as the threats which were given to the petitioner, if the same continues police authorities will not obviously address on the

issues regarding the rights, title, interest and shares of the property. Police authorities would only assess regarding the issues relating to breach of peace and tranquility and on a fresh complaint if so filed would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3566 of 2023 is disposed of.
