Rahamatunnesha Khatun is personally present in Court. She has stated orally in Court that she wishes to reside with the husband. The husband is also present in Court. The husband is warned and explained against any improper conduct towards the wife. Rahamatunnesha Khatun shall reside with her husband.
It is submitted by Katwa Police Station that Charge Sheet No. 65 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 has been filed. It is expected that charge sheet is put to committal as expeditiously as possible.
In the event the petitioner or his wife, namely, Rahamatunnesha Khatun apprehend or receive any threat or express any insecurity, he or she shall immediately contact the Officer-in-Charge of the Katwa police station and the police shall act swiftly.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
