For the State It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the State that during the pendency of the instant application for anticipatory bail, the petitioner has been arrested and, therefore, the instant application has become infructuous.

Our attention is further drawn to the order dated 9th June 2021 passed in CRM 3180 of 2021, wherein, the application for bail was not pressed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, therein. The order dated 9th June 2021 is kept with the record.

Since, the petitioner has already been arrested, pending the instant application, the instant application for anticipatory bail has become infructuous and, accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 1618 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous. (Harish Tandon, J) (Bibek Chaudhuri,J.)
