Petitioner complains that she has been gifted with a property by her father-in-law and as and when she intends to enter the said property, she is assaulted at the behest of the private respondents. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on the basis of an information Adra Police Station has registered case against the petitioner and on the complaint of the present petitioner another case being Adra Police Station Case No. 56/20 has been registered against one Soma Dey and another. The investigation of both the cases have been completed. Charge Sheet has been submitted.

Petitioner presently complains that she is unable to enter the property which has been gifted

by her father-in-law. To that effect, informations were furnished with the police authorities.

The police authorities are directed to ensure that in case there is no order from a civil court and obstructions are created for the petitioner to enjoy any property, the police authorities after ascertaining the correctness of the information would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility at the behest of the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3635 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
