Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of 25.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.10 Rakib specific directions passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tehatta, Nadia, vide order dated 23.08.2022 wherein a specific direction was made upon the Officer-in-Charge, Karimpur Police Station for police assistance so that the injunction order of the said Court is not violated at the behest of the defendants being the present respondents. Petitioner complains that inspite of the said directions being passed the police authorities did not take any steps.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submit that they have challenged the said order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tehatta, Nadia, but till date there is no interim order interfering with the directions passed by the learned Civil Judge in T.S. 114/2020.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that the police authorities were never

communicated regarding the order passed by the learned Civil Judge.

In case the order till date subsists and has not been interfered by any higher forum, police authorities are directed to respect, obey and implement the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tehatta, Nadia in T.S. 114/2020. Police authorities would keep a strict vigil and would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3568 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
