Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, W.P.A.3446 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the Secretary, State Transport Authority, being respondent no.4, to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 23rd November, 2021 by passing a reasoned order upon hearing all relevant parties including the petitioner and the private respondent within three weeks from date. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from which such order is passed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
