After considering the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and particularly the impugned order dated 27th January, 2022 passed by the State Transport Authority, West Bengal to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15th February, 2022 and on the petitioner's objection against the provisional timetable in relation to the permit mentioned in the representation, the Director, Transport Directorate, West Bengal being the respondent no.2 shall also consider the petitioner's representation dated 15th February, 2022 with reference to the complaint made against the permit number mentioned in the said complaint. Both the representations shall be disposed of by way of a reasoned orders within four weeks each

after hearing all relevant parties including the petitioner and the private respondent no.7. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of such order is passed.

W.P.A.3448 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
