Having heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, since it appears that the petitioner has been able to sufficiently explain the circumstances which led to its failure for not being represented on 7th March, 2025, I am of the view that the order dated 7th March, 2025 should be recalled.

3. The writ petition being WPA 3640 of 2025 is restored to its original file and number.

4. List this matter in the combined monthly list of July, 2025.

5. Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
