1. None appears for the petitioners.

2. It was submitted on behalf of the respondents on the last occasion (i.e. November 21, 2025, when the matter was taken up last) that the petitioners' grievance may no longer be subsisting inasmuch as the tender process cancellation whereof had been sought for by the petitioners has already been cancelled by the respondents. However, since the petitioners were not represented on November 21, 2025, the matter was directed to be listed under the heading "For Dismissal" in order to give the writ petitioners one more opportunity.

3. Today, also when the matter was called on, the petitioners remain unrepresented.

4. Accordingly, WPA 3691 of 2025 stands dismissed for default.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if

applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
