Sayeed ... for the private respondent nos. 6-9 The petitioner claims that he was favoured with a decree passed by the learned Munsif, Kalyani, Nadia on 30th January, 1991 and, in spite of the decree existing, the private respondents are creating disturbances in the enjoyment of the property.

The records of the case reflect that directions were passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, 4th Bench directing the BL&LRO, Haringhata to consider and dispose of the

compliance proceeding started by a notice dated 22.02.2018.

Having considered that the Administrative Authorities are already in seisin of the matter and the police authorities on receipt of the information have already taken steps by drawing up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS, I am of the view that other issues relating to the dispute must be adjudicated before the concerned authorities.

In the meantime, the police authorities should ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3639 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
