At the time of call Mr. Hazra, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in spite of his best effort he could not obtain instructions from the petitioner.

However, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education being the principal respondents are represented by learned advocate.

The matter was adjourned on 3rd February, 2023 since petitioner was not represented on that day.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
