Versus

Sri Ghanashyam Rajak 25.04.23 Sl-02 Ct.32 (S.R.) By reason of a typographical error in the first and second paragraphs of the judgement dated 21st March, 2023, the number of the suit has been incorporated as 'T.S. no.1137 of 2014' in place and stead of 'T.S. 137 of 2014'.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the judgment.

The other portions of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.

This rectification shall be deemed to have been incorporated in the judgment dated 21st March, 2023. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
