Since this Court has considered and passed orders in respect of similar matters on 22nd February 2022 in inter alia WPA 3181 of 2022, let the same order be passed in this matter.

The Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District shall consider a representation that shall be submitted by the writ petitioner today afresh along with a copy of this order and take a suitable decision on the threat perception based on his assessment and enquiry. The officer-in-charge, Baruipur Police Station, shall ensure that there is no breach of peace, intimidation or threat in any manner whatsoever, to any candidates in the forthcoming municipal election.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
