None appears for the private respondents and the Panchayet despite service.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the private respondents have raised unauthorized construction on Government land adjoining their property, thereby obstructing their ingress and egress. Several representations submitted by the petitioners in this regard have fallen on deaf ears. The petitioners seeks consideration of their representations and removal of encroachment on Government land.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court directs the Pradhan, Rohini Gram Panchayet Anchal NO. 4, being the 2nd respondent herein, to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioners on Octobr 25,

2025 within two weeks from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioners and the private respondents, in accordance with law. In the event the construction raised by the private respondents is found to be unauthorized, the concerned authority shall take necessary steps, in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
