Matter relates to mutual transfer of the petitioners and an application was made in this regard which could not be decided by the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no. 3 since authority of Bijapur Gour Mohan High School (HS), Purba Medinipur where petitioner no. 2 is presently working did not issue "No Objection" certificate.

However, it has been submitted by learned advocate representing the petitioners that the Administrator of Bijapur Gour Mohan High School (HS), Purba Medinipur has issued "No

Objection" certificate in faovur of petitioner no. 2 on 18th March, 2025 and same has been handed over to petitioner no. 2. In support of such submission, supplementary affidavit enclosing copy of "No Objection" certificate dated 18th March, 2025 filed on behalf of petitioner no. 2 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

Since "No Objection" certificate has been issued by the Administrator of aforesaid school in favour of petitioner no. 2, it appears that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. Since till date mutual transfer application of the petitioners has not been decided, leave is granted to both the petitioners to submit mutual transfer application before the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no. 3 by fortnight from date along with other supporting documents including requisite fees if same has not been paid in faovur of the Commission. If mutual transfer application is submitted before respondent no. 3 within aforesaid prescribed time, respondent no. 3 shall decide the same in accordance with law by six weeks thereafter. The decision to be taken by respondent no.

shall be

communicated to both the petitioners within ten days thereafter.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
