The petitioner appeared in the Higher Secondary Examination for the year 2023. She was though successful in the said examination but was not satisfied with her marks in the subjects Bengali and English.

On scrutiny, two marks were increased in English subject but she is still not satisfied and is praying reevaluation of her answer scripts in the said two subjects.

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education Admission and Examination Regulation, 2006 does not permit reassessment and/or reevaluation of answer scripts as prayed for. WPA 3698 of 2024 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
