The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being Kharagpur (Local) Police Station Case No. 447 of 2013 dated 06.08.2013 under Section 135(1)(a) of the Electricity Act, 2007. As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Records of this revisional application reflect that the interim order was refused by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.03.2014. No information has been furnished to this Court relating to the present stage of the proceedings before the learned Special Court. Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed and the points which have been canvassed in this revisional application, I am of the opinion that no interference can be made so far as the maintainability of the FIR is concerned in respect of the proceedings at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 160 of 2014 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
