The petitioner submits that he was an employee of NABARD (Cal) Co-operative Credit Society Limited, respondent No. 4, and resigned from his post as an Office Assistant in 2019 due to health reasons. Following his resignation, the petitioner was paid a sum of Rs. 5,73,342/- as terminal benefits. However, the petitioner alleges that the Society did not specify the heads of account under which such payment was made. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made representations to the Society on December 24, 2024, and January 16, 2025, seeking clarification, but no response has been received. In light of the above, I do not find it justifiable to keep this writ petition pending. In my view, the

petitioner is entitled to know the breakdown of his retiral dues.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4 to provide the petitioner with a detailed statement specifying the heads under which the terminal dues of Rs. 5,73,342/- were paid, within one month from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, WPA 3882 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
