It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that he has received a communication dated December 11, 2023 from his client to the effect that his client who are the petitioners before this Court are not willing to proceed with the instant revisional application and he intends to withdraw the instant revisional application.

A photocopy of the letter dated December 11, 2023 as written by the petitioners addressed to the petitioners' learned Advocate is filed and the same be taken on record. 4.

In view of such, CO 425 of 2017 is disposed of as withdrawn.
