Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate has conducted the inspection for the purpose of issuance of legal heir certificate. It is expected that the certificate is issued as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of ten days from date. 2.

Upon receipt of the said certificate, let the same be transmitted to the office of the DPPG by the concerned DI of schools. The DPPG shall issue PPO within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Let this matter stand adjourned and be listed three weeks hence.
