There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in running a racket in which the petitioners extracted money from unsuspecting members of the public on a promise of a government job.

Need for custodial interrogation of the petitioners appear from the materials in the case diary.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 715 of 2023 is dismissed.
