The West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) has submitted that certain technical formalities must be fulfilled by the petitioner. Upon the petitioner's compliance with these formalities, the electricity connection will be provided. The learned advocate representing WBSEDCL has informed that a communication regarding this matter has already been sent to the petitioner.

In light of the above, there is no reason to keep this writ petition pending.

The petitioner is required to fulfill the technical formalities as specified by WBSEDCL within one month from the date of this order. Subsequently, WBSEDCL shall provide the electricity connection, subject to the

completion of any remaining formalities, if applicable, within one month from the date of the petitioner's compliance.

Accordingly, WPA 3690 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
