The two applications being CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025, are filed by the applicant/writ petitioner, seeking recall of this Court's earlier order dated December 6, 2023, and restoration of the Writ Petition No.WPA 2750 of 2020, in its original file and number, as well as for condonation of delay of 410 days in filing the application CAN 1 of 2025, respectively.

By dint of the order dated December 6, 2023, the writ petition no. WPA 2750 of 2020, was dismissed for default by the Court.

The reasons shown by the applicant/writ petitioner in the present two applications appear to be substantive and sufficient. For the same, the Court finds it proper to allow the prayer of the applicant in both the applications as mentioned above.

Hence, CAN 2 of 2025 is allowed condoning the delay of 410 days and CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed thereby recalling the Court's order dated December 6, 2023, passed in WPA 2750 of 2020 and restoring the writ petition in its original file and number. Both the application being CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 are allowed.
