1. The order dated 15.04.2024 is mentioned for corrections.

2. In the 3rd line of 2nd paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "Murshidabad" shall stand corrected and be read as "North 24 Parganas."

3. In the 1st and 2nd line of paragraph 6 of the 2nd page of the said order, the expression "27th September, 2023 shall stand corrected and be read as "21st November, 2023.

4. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 15.04.2024.

5. The other parts of the order dated 15.04.2024 shall remain unaltered.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
