After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, WPA 3472 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the Director of Public Instruction to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 31st January, 2022 by way of a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from date.

The Director of Public Instruction shall be at liberty of taking separate hearing of all the concerned parties including the petitioner and the President of the Governing Body of the concerned College. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed.

WPA 3472 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
