Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that the petitioners and the private respondents have contested a long drawn civil proceeding.

Learned advocate also submits that a revisional application is pending before this Hon'ble Court.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the nature of the dispute complained of is absolutely a civil dispute, the police authorities will not be able to act until and unless there are directions from a court of law.

Be that as it may, since the representation which was made is of 23.12.2022, I am of the view that if same inconveniences are faced by the petitioners, a fresh representation be submitted before the authorities concerned and the police authorities would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3603 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
