Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee .....for the petitioners Ms. Faria Hossain Mr. Anand Keshari .....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the revision petition suffers from incurable defects. As such, the petitioners would not like to press the same and would pray for liberty to file an application afresh.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioners in filling an appropriate application on the self-same grounds.
