1. The petitioner seeks relaxation of condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with all the directions imposed upon him.

2. Report submitted by the Prosecution, which shows that the petitioner is complied with all the conditions imposed upon. The same is taken on record.

3. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a resident of Purba Burdwan.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is regularly complied with the condition and no adverse report has come against him. The prayer stands allowed and the condition to remain within the jurisdiction of Chakdah P.S. is hereby waived and the other condition to meet the I.O. is modified to that extent that he will meet the I.O. once in a month. The other condition is still remain in force.

5. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
