Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of being favoured with a decree he is being subjected to disturbance by the private respondents and the police authorities in spite of informing are not acting in consonance with the court orders.

Report has been submitted by the State. It has been contended in the report that police protection was facilitated during the festivals and very recently Saraswati Puja was held at the location referred to in the writ petition.

Petitioner submits that in his own property, he intends in future to hold festivals. To that effect, if permissions are sought for from the respective

authorities including the police authorities, the same would be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3719 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
