... for the State The petitioner's case is that the petitioner filed a second application for her transfer in the month of January, 2022 which is still pending with the school.

However, learned Advocate, Mr.

Pal appearing for the State has submitted that the school has retained the said application which is required to be sent to the District Inspector of Schools for ascertaining whether there is any vacancy in any nearby school.

I do not say that the school has done a wrong thing but I direct the school to send the application to the District Inspector of Schools so that D.I. can take proper step accordingly. If the D.I. cannot make any local arrangement within a period of three months, the D.I. will intimate the same and may advice any other thing which may be decided by this Court.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
