1. The order dated 03.04.2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the third line of paragraph 1 on the first page of the said order, the expression "declaring" shall stand corrected and be read as "declining".

3. In the fourth line of paragraph 1 on the first page of the said order, the expression "from 'E'" shall stand corrected to read as "from the last date of examination".

4. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 03.04.2024.

5. The other parts of the order dated 03.04.2024 shall remain unaltered.

6. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
