On 13th September, 2021 following order was made:- "The second appeal is to be moved on having been listed under heading "For Dismissal". Noting dated 10th September, 2021 says the administrative notice was served per direction in order dated 4th August, 2021. It was made clear that if the appellants continued to go unrepresented, the appeal would be dismissed.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears and submits, though he has not received authorisation as yet but the appeal be adjourned. There will be engagement in the meantime.
