Agarwala, Mr. Pratick Bose ..... for the State The matter was earlier heard on 14th January, 2022 but by reason of a typographical error, the date of the order was incorporated as "03.12.2021" in place and stead of "14.01.2022".

Office is directed to effect necessary correction. Heard Mr. Chowdhury, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Bose, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State and files a report. Let the same be kept on record. It appears that the petitioner has substantially complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 16th April, 2021, till date. Upon completion of investigation chargesheet has also been submitted.

In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 16th April, 2021 to the effect that "the petitioner shall meet the Officer-inCharge, Anandapur Police Station once a week until further orders" is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
