1. The order dated 3rd April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the third line of paragraph 1 on the first page of the order dated 3rd April, 2024, the expression "declaring" shall be corrected to read as "declining". In the fourth line of the said paragraph on the first page of the said order, the expression "from 'E'" shall stand corrected to read as "from the last date of examination".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 3rd April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 3rd April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
