The petitioners are aggrieved by the act of the finance company, Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation Limited in taking steps for recovery of the loan amount under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act. 2.

The said finance company being a private entity, the writ petition against the same will not be maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
